PACKAGING
We respect our customers' needs for discretion. All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain box, sealed in 2 layers of plastic. The Sender states as "Youumi" along with our contact number. There will be no mention on the content.

7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
www.youumi.com values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for an exchange.
Certain items purchased from www.youumi.com may be exchanged within 7 business days from the date order is shipped.
The merchandise must be in new original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.
Please note, for health & hygienic reasons, we do not exchange on panties, thongs, hosiery or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
We reserve the right to refuse exchange on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
We also reserve the right to refuse exchange to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges.
Items received after the 7-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customerʼs expense.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE
